Yes. You pay once and the software is yours. There are no subscriptions, no renewal fees, and no feature restrictions introduced over time. Future updates are paid separately if and when they are released, but the version you purchase will continue to work indefinitely.
Does my data leave my machine?
No. TrustedMARC processes everything locally. The only external calls are optional IP geolocation lookups (ip-api.com) and DNS queries (dns.google) — both can be disabled. Your DMARC report files and the data within them never leave your machine.
What operating systems are supported?
macOS (13 Ventura and later) and Windows 10/11. Both are included in every licence at no extra cost.
What happens if I get a new computer?
Contact us at support@trustedmarc.co.uk and we will transfer your activation to your new machine. You can also deactivate the licence yourself via the File menu before switching machines.
What is the refund policy?
We offer a full refund within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked. Contact support@trustedmarc.co.uk.
Can I use the Personal licence for my business?
The Personal licence covers use on one machine for your own domain. If you are analysing domains on behalf of clients, or using it commercially as part of a service you provide, the Professional licence is required.
How do I receive the software after purchase?
