Your licence key was sent to you by email. Download the app for your platform, launch it, and enter your key to activate.

The licence activation screen appears on first launch. Copy and paste your licence key from your purchase confirmation email — include the full key starting with key/.
Click Activate. An internet connection is required for first activation. Once activated, your licence is stored on this machine and you will not be asked again.
The main application window opens. Select your DMARC reports folder, click Generate Report, and your report will open automatically in your browser.
On first launch macOS may say the app cannot be opened because it is from an unidentified developer. Right-click the app, choose Open, then click Open again. This is a one-time step and will not appear again.
Windows may show a SmartScreen warning on first run. Click More info, then Run anyway. This is a one-time step. TrustedMARC does not modify your system or install anything.
An internet connection is needed to activate your licence on first launch. After activation the app works offline for up to 14 days before requiring a brief reconnection to revalidate.
