Professional Licence holders may use the Software on behalf of clients as part of their professional services, provided the Software itself is not redistributed.
You may not, and you may not permit others to:
The Software requires activation using your Licence Key on first launch. Activation is verified against the Licensor's licence management system and requires an internet connection at the time of activation.
A Personal Licence permits activation on one machine at a time. A Professional Licence permits activation on up to ten machines simultaneously. To move the Software to a new machine, you must first deactivate it on the existing machine using File → Deactivate Licence within the application. If you are unable to deactivate due to machine failure or loss, contact support@trustedmarc.co.uk to request a manual reset.
The Software includes an offline grace period of fourteen (14) days. After this period, an internet connection will be required for the Software to revalidate your licence. The Software does not collect, transmit, or store any DMARC report data or analysis results as part of this validation process.
The Software is licensed, not sold. The Licensor retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights. This agreement does not transfer ownership of the Software to you.
Reports generated by the Software using your data are your own and are not subject to any claim by the Licensor.
The Licensor may from time to time make updates or new versions of the Software available. There is no obligation to provide updates, and updates may or may not be provided free of charge at the Licensor's discretion.
Support is provided on a reasonable endeavours basis via support@trustedmarc.co.uk. The Licensor aims to respond to support requests within one business day but does not guarantee response times.
The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Licensor disclaims all warranties including but not limited to:
The accuracy and completeness of results produced by the Software depend entirely on the report files provided as input. The output can only be as good as the input. TrustedMARC may not identify all sending sources, security issues, or authentication failures, particularly if report files are missing, incomplete, or cover an insufficient time period.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Licensor shall not be liable for any:
In no event shall the Licensor's total liability to you exceed the amount you paid for the licence in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
TrustedMARC is an analytical tool and is not a substitute for professional information security advice. For critical changes to your email infrastructure, DNS configuration, or DMARC policy, you should consult a qualified professional.
The Licensor offers a fourteen (14) day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with the Software for any reason, contact support@trustedmarc.co.uk within 14 days of purchase to request a full refund. Refunds will be processed within two business days. Upon refund, your Licence Key will be deactivated and you must uninstall the Software.
Refunds will not be issued after 14 days from the date of purchase.
This licence is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically and without notice if you breach any term of this agreement. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the Software and delete all copies in your possession.
The Licensor reserves the right to suspend or revoke a Licence Key in cases of suspected breach of this agreement, attempted circumvention of licence controls, or fraudulent purchase.
The Software processes DMARC report files locally on your machine. No report data, analysis results, or email content is transmitted to the Licensor or any third party as part of normal operation.
Licence validation involves communication with the Licensor's licence management system. This communication includes your machine fingerprint and licence key for the purpose of validating your activation. No DMARC data is included in this communication.
