Do you offer trials?
We don't currently offer a free trial, but every purchase comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If TrustedMARC isn't right for you, just email support@trustedmarc.co.uk for a full refund.
Can I get a demo before buying?
Email hello@trustedmarc.co.uk and we'll arrange a walkthrough. We can also share a sample report so you can see exactly what the output looks like before committing.
Do you offer volume pricing for MSPs?
The Professional licence covers 10 machine activations and commercial use, which covers most MSP scenarios. If you need something beyond that, get in touch at hello@trustedmarc.co.uk and we'll work something out.
I need to move my licence to a new machine
Use File then Deactivate Licence in the app on your old machine — this frees the slot immediately and you can activate on the new machine straight away. If you no longer have access to the old machine, email support@trustedmarc.co.uk and we'll reset it manually.
Is there a Linux version?
Not currently — TrustedMARC is available for macOS and Windows. If you need Linux support, email hello@trustedmarc.co.uk and we'll consider it based on demand.
